NOTICE is hereby given that the final meeting of shareholders in
the above company will be held at the office of the liquidator,
176 Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Friday, 28th September,
1951, at 2.30 p.m.

TAKING OF LAND UNDER PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1928

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road

IN the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works
Act, 1928, notice is hereby given that the Manukau County
Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Acts, to take for public road the private-way known as Sutton's
Road or Austin's Road, Brookby; and for the purposes of such
public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required
to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that plans of the
land so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of
the Clerk to the above Council, situate at Princes Street, Auckland
C. 1, and are open for inspection without fee by all persons during
ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of such land who have any
well-grounded objections to the taking of the said land must state
their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days
from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the
Council Chambers.
Date of first publication: 25th August, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of parcel of land required to be taken: 1 acre
and 5.1 perches. Block VII, Wairoa Survey District, Part Allotment
164, Pakuranga Parish.
Situate in the County of Manukau, and comprised in D.I.
8A/328; coloured on plan blue.
