EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 138, folio 23 (Wellington Registry), in the name of DAVID GARDNER, formerly of Moawhango but now of Owhango, Sawmiller, for 1 rood 1·9 perches, being part Section 4, Masterton Small Farms Settlement, and being also Lot 13 on Deposited Plan 1170, and application (K. 30324) having been made for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
