NOTICE is hereby given that the Land Settlement Board, with the approval of the Minister of Lands, has, by resolution declared the undermentioned licence to be forfeited, pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act, 1948; and that the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 17 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less, situated in Block V, Whangarei Survey District, being Lot 1 on plan No. 37862, deposited in the Auckland Land Registry Office, and being part of Te Reretiti Block. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 9/23, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
