A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for housing purposes is hereby set apart for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August, 1951.
