Declaring Certain Crown Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Mamakumaru Development Scheme)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1939, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Waipa County containing by admeasurement 29 acres woods 32 perches, more or less, being Section 3 of Block X, M tautari Survey District. As the same is more particularly located on the plan marked S.O. 33800, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of August, 1951.

Partial Revocation of a Proclamation Declaring Certain Crown Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Mamakumaru Development Scheme)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1939, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a Proclamation made on the 29th day of August, 1947, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 4th day of September, 1947, at page 1155, and affecting Maungatautari 4H 4B 2B and another block, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Waipa County, situated in Blocks V and X, Maungatautari Survey District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 perches, more or less, being part Maungatautari No. 4H, Section 4B, No. 2B. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.L. 16820, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of August, 1951.

Declaring Portion of Railway Land at Fairdown to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 31 acres and 13 perches. Being railway land adjoining Section 47, Block IV, Sections 25, 37, 38, and 69, Block V, the Westport to Ngakawau railway, the Westport to Karamea State Highway and other legal roads intersecting and adjoining.
Situated in Block V, Kawatiri Survey District, Buller County. (S.O. 5771.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11012, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of August, 1951.

Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Workers’ Hostel in the Town District of Ohura

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for housing purposes is hereby set apart for a workers’ hostel; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August, 1951.
