Herald Island, Parish of Paremoremo, in the names of CHRISTINA WOODHEAD STIRLING CREAMER, of Auckland, Married Woman, and HECTOR ROBERT STIRLING HARE, of Auckland, Storeman, as tenants in common in equal shares, having been lodged with me together with an application for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on 23rd February, 1951.

DANNEVIRKE BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Rest Room Loan, 1947, of £2,000

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Dannevirke Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

“ That, for the purpose of providing for the principal, interest, and other charges on a loan of £2,000 for the purpose of erecting a Ladies’ Rest Room at the corner of Barraud and Denmark Streets, the said Dannevirke Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-fortieths of a penny (⁴³⁄₅₀d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Dannevirke, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years or until the loan is fully paid off.”

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Dannevirke Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

“ That, for the purpose of providing for the principal, interest, and other charges on a loan of £4,000 for the purpose of purchasing plant, the said Dannevirke Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of twenty-six eightieths of a penny (²⁶⁄₈₀d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Dannevirke, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 8 years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
