8. The Board shall have prepared and submitted at an annual meeting to be held in the month of April in each year a report of the proceedings of the Board for the previous year ending on the 31st day of March, together with a statement of the receipts and expenditure of the Board for such year. A copy of every such report and statement, certified by the Chairman to be correct, shall be sent to the Minister of Lands as soon as possible after each annual meeting.

9. The Board shall control the said reserve and the building erected thereon for the purposes of a public hall, and shall also afford settlers and residents of Wairau Valley and the surrounding district such facilities for meeting within the said building as may from time to time be determined by the Board; provided that the Board shall have power to fix reasonable charges for the use of the said building.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Auckland Kindergarten Association (Incorporated)

FREYBERG, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of July, 1951 Present: His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for a kindergarten site: And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Auckland Kindergarten Association (Incorporated):

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section 17 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby constitute the Auckland Kindergarten Association (Incorporated) a special Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board) for the purpose of controlling and managing the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a kindergarten site; and doth hereby vest the control and management of the said reserve in the Board, which shall hold the said reserve in trust for the purposes of a kindergarten site subject to the condition that:

ALL that area in the Borough of Mount Roskill, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 15·2 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 28851, and being parts of Allotments 88 and 89 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. l/ll07/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Land and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. FREYBERG, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of July, 1951 Present: His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for police purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.
