Crown Land Set Apart for a Surfaceman’s Cottage in Block II, Cape Campbell Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a surfaceman’s cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 28·04 perches.
Being Section 21.
Situated in Block II, Cape Campbell Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 4007.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134060, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the development of water-power, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 3 acres 37·5 perches.
Being Lots 1 to 17 inclusive, and Lot 20, D.P. 15412, being part Rural Section 2947.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to and together with the benefit of the party-wall rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 252266, Auckland Land Registry, for better utilization; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a cemetery and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July, 1951.
