HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 27 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the 18th day of October, 1944, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 84 of the 19th day of the same month at page 1254, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 11527, exempting the western side of portion of Gudgeon Street, in the City of Auckland, from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a condition as to the building-line by cancelling the building-line condition imposed by the said Order in Council in so far as it affects Lot 1, D.P. 32724, being part Allotment 16, Section 8, of the City of Auckland.
