CORRIGENDUM

IN the Proclamation dated the 15th day of June, 1951, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 47 of the 21st day of the same month at page 864, setting apart Crown land for road, in Block XIV, Norsewood Survey District, and in the Proclamation bearing the same date and published in the same Gazette at page 866, taking the occupation licence in land for the purposes of a road, in Block XIV, Norsewood Survey District, read “Hawke’s Bay Land District” for “Gisborne Land District”.

Revoking the Reservation Over Land in Canterbury Land District Reserved for Plantation Purposes

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by subsection (4) of section 171 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the reservation for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area situated in Block VII, Fighting Hill Survey District, containing by admeasurement 57 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, being Lot 3 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch under No. 3588, and being Reserve 3931; and Lot 8 as shown on the plan deposited as aforesaid under No. 3588, being parts of Rural Sections 19356, 19357, 22673, 27257, and parts of Reserve 1779. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 49135w, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of June, 1951.

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes in the Borough of Picton

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Railway purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 5 acres. Being formerly part Reserve D, Town of Picton.

Situated in the Borough of Picton. (S.O. 4003.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10954, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1951.

Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Islington to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 12 perches.

Being part Railway land in Proclamation 58, being part Reserve 331.

Situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Christchurch Survey District. (S.O. 8336.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10953, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1951.
