Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the Nelson City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto, at widths, for parts of their lengths of less than 66 feet, but not less than 40 feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 14 of a subdivision of the land fronting the said streets (as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 132537, referred to in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of 48 feet from the centre-lines of the said streets, or on Lots 3, 4, and 16 of the said subdivision within a distance of 33 feet from the centre-lines of the said streets.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 3·4 perches, more or less, being part Sections 702, 705, 708, and 711, City of Nelson. Also that proposed street in the said Land District and City containing by admeasurement 31·3 perches, more or less, being part Sections 708 and 711, City of Nelson.

In the Nelson Land District : as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132537, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Omarunui Farm Road in the Hawke's Bay County to be County Road

His Excellency The Governor-General In Council

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Hawke's Bay County, known as the Omarunui Farm Road, commencing at the south-easterly corner of part Lot 2, D.P. 7187, on the Omahu Moteo Road thence proceeding in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 41·6 chains measured along the middle of the road. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134441, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
