PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIII, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County, known as Matariki Farm Settlement Road, commencing at the road forming the southern boundary of Sections 35 and 36, Block XIII, Purua Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 33·6 chains and terminating at the southern boundary of Section 33, Block XIII, Purua Survey District.

ALL that stream of running water and watercourse from closed street to Carrington Road now running through sections 993 and 994, Town of New Plymouth, together with the right to construct and maintain a pipe-line and dam on the said sections 993 and 994. As the same are more particularly described in a deed of conveyance registered in the office of the Registrar of Deeds at New Plymouth as No. 8126.
