(6) No interest after the first two (2) years and no instalments
of principal and interest shall be paid out of loan-moneys.
(7) The rate payable for brokerage, underwriting, and pro-
curation fees in respect of the raising of the said sum or any part
thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one-half per centum of any
amount raised.
(8) No moneys shall be borrowed under this consent after the
expiration of two years from the date hereof.

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the 3rd day of November, 1948 (hereinafter called the said Order in Council), and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising in New Zealand by the Dunedin City Council (hereinafter called the said local authority) of a loan of eighty thousand pounds (£80,000) to be known as “Waterworks Loan, 1946” (hereinafter called the said loan):
And whereas the said loan has not yet been raised and it is expedient to vary certain of the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section 11 of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section 29 of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary certain of the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan by prescribing that in lieu of provision being made for the repayment of the said loan by the establishment of a sinking fund in respect thereof as specified in clause (3) of the said Order in Council, the said loan or any part thereof, together with interest thereon, shall be repaid by equal aggregate annual or half-yearly instalments extending over the term of twenty (20) years as specified in clause (1) of the said Order in Council.

WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the 23rd day of August, 1950 (hereinafter called the said Order in Council), and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising in New Zealand by the Ashburton Borough Council (hereinafter called the said local authority) of a loan of twenty-two thousand pounds (£22,000) to be known as “Sewerage Outfall and Treatment Works Loan, 1950” (hereinafter called the said loan):
And whereas the authority conferred by the said Order in Council has not yet been exercised and it is expedient to vary certain of the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section 11 of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section 29 of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan by prescribing that in lieu of a term of thirty-two (32) years, as specified in clause (1) of the said Order in Council, the term for which the said loan or any part thereof may be raised shall not exceed twenty-five years.

WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the 20th day of December, 1950 (hereinafter called the said Order in Council), and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising in New Zealand by the Waimea County Council (hereinafter called the said local authority) of a loan of nine thousand eight hundred pounds (£9,800) to be known as “Stoke Water Supply Supplementary Loan, 1950” (hereinafter called the said loan):
And whereas the authority conferred by the said Order in Council has not yet been exercised and it is expedient to vary certain of the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section 11 of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section 29 of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan by prescribing that in lieu of a term of thirty (30) years, as specified in clause (1) of the said Order in Council, the term for which the said loan or part thereof may be raised shall not exceed twenty-five (25) years.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1948, and section 125 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council doth hereby authorize the Takapuna Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 feet, but not less than 40 feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lot 22 of a subdivision of the land fronting the said street (as shown edged green on the plan referred to in the said Schedule) within a distance of 30 feet from the centre-line of the said street or on the remainder of the land in the said subdivision within a distance of 48 feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Takapuna, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 3·6 perches, more or less, being first, an area of 1 rood 34·7 perches, being part Lot 16 of a subdivision of Allotment 88, Parish of Takapuna, and secondly, an area of 8·9 perches, being part Lot 15 of a subdivision of Allotment 88, Parish of Takapuna.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133829, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
