Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required
for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
1 rood.
Being Lot 85, D.P. 331, being part Rural Section 30314, situated
in Block VII, Spaxton Survey District, and being part of the
land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume
518, folio 236 (Canterbury Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of December, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for defence purposes ; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January,
1951.
