Additional Land at Makerua Taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Foxton Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Foxton Railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—
A. R. P. Being
0 1 36·3 Part of Lot 3, D.P. 408, being part of Manawatu-Kukutauaki 2c 6 and 2c 7 Blocks; coloured orange.
0 3 20·1 Part of Lot 2, D.P. 408, being part of Manawatu-Kukutauaki 2c 6 and 2c 7 Blocks and part closed road; coloured sepia.
All situated in Block XII, Mount Robinson Survey District, Horowhenua County. (S.O. 22228.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10647, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of January, 1951.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
9 acres 1 rood 10·6 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 8635, being part Rural Section 4465.
Situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8193.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131309, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1950.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
29 acres 1 rood 32·4 perches.
Being portion of Motuihe Island in the Waitemata Harbour.
Situated in Blocks XI and XIII, Rangitoto Survey District.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132531, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of December, 1950.
