ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of November, 1950
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road (Southdown Farm Settlement Road) in the Southland County, Southland Land District, commencing at its junction with Titipua School Road, thence proceeding generally north-westerly through Section 3, Block VIII, Lindhurst Hundred, for a distance of 60½ chains, more or less.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132645, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board Appointed to Have Control of the Te Mata Domain

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of November, 1950
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the 13th day of December, 1938, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 21st day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Te Mata Domain, and doth hereby appoint Jack Linton Young Martyn, Gordon Michael Martyn, Reginald James Bregman, Venetta Christina Bregman, Francis Bertram Mitford Gibbison, John Napier Newton, and Frank Burton Vernon to be the Te Mata Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the 15th day of November, 1950, at 1.30 o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Te Mata Domain as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-TE MATA DOMAIN
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods 37 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 92, Parish of Waingaroa, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 631, folio 166, Auckland Registry.

ORDER IN COUNCIL

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit Marine Products, Limited (hereinafter called the Company, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
at Netherton in the Waihou River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9116 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a wharf thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the company upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- THIS licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The premium payable by the company shall be two pounds ten shillings (£2 10s.) and the annual sum so payable shall be two pounds ten shillings (£2 10s.).
- The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the lst day of November, 1950.
- The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said wharf shall have all ballast taken away and deposited above high-water-mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

Revoking Delegation of Power of Appointing and Removing Trustees for Ruby Bay Cemetery

PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council made on the 16th day of January, 1946, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 31st January, 1946, at page 74, whereby powers of appointing and removing trustees in respect of the Ruby Bay Cemetery were delegated to the Waimea County Council.

PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby revoke, in so far only as it relates to the Ellesmere Cemetery, an Order in Council delegating powers under the said Act of appointing and removing trustees, made on the 18th day of September, 1933, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 21st day of the same month at page 2429.

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby confer upon the Wharekauri Tribal Committee all of the powers conferred upon a Tribal Executive by the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act, 1945, including the power to make by-laws, notwithstanding the provisions of section 19 or section 20 of that Act.
