Additional Land at Marton Taken for the Purposes of the Foxton–New Plymouth Railway

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton–New Plymouth Railway.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 14·48 perches. Being part Lot 12, Block XXVIII, D.P. 2150, being part Block VII, Rangitikei District.

Situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Marton. (S.O. 22204.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10491, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of November, 1950.

Additional Land at Waihi Taken for the Purposes of the Paeroa-Waihi Railway

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Government Railways Act, 1949, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Paeroa–Waihi Railway.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:—

0 1 2·75 Part Ohinemuri No. 7 Block; coloured yellow.
0 0 2·28 Part Ohinemuri No. 7 Block; coloured sepia.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10540, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of November, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Scientific and Industrial Research Purposes (Agricultural and Pastoral Research); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 0·6 perches.

Being part Section 136.

Situated in Block LXXII, Hokonui Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 5730.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131665, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132630, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
