Land Taken for the Purpose of Paddocking Driven Cattle in Block XII, Ngatapa Survey District, Waikohu County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of paddocking driven cattle and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikohu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 7 perches. Being part Lot 2, D.P. 1128, being part Wharekopae No. 1A Block. Situated in Block XII, Ngatapa Survey District.
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126597, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1950.

Land Taken for a Quarry in Block XV, Pirongia Survey District, Otorohanga County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otorohanga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October, 1950.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131869, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land Taken for Better Utilization in the Porirua District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11·6 perches. Being part of Section 62, Porirua District, and being also the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of Title, Volume 136, folio 286 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of October, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 1·92 perches. Situate in Block V of the Belmont Survey District, being part of Section 62 of the Porirua District, and being also Lot 1 on D.P. 12953 (Town of Porirua East Extension No. 3), being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 539, folio 104 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of October, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land in the First Schedule of Proclamation No. 3907, Wellington Land Registry, being the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for better utilization, excepting thereout the land in Proclamation No. 4070, Wellington Land Registry, being the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October, 1950.
