A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for better utilization is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, now held for better utilization, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October, 1950.

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 54 acres 2 roods 3·6 perches.

Being part Section 107, Porirua District.

Situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21495.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126063, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land set apart:—
