Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was duly
passed by the members of the above-named company on the
20th day of September, 1950:—
"Resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily and that
HARRY GORDON ROBINSON and CHARLES DOUGLAS ROBINSON, of
Auckland, be and they are hereby appointed liquidators of the
company."

I, ALEXANDER WARD WEST, M.B., Ch.B. (Aberdeen, 1927),
D.P.H. (Aberdeen, 1929), now residing in Auckland, hereby
give notice that I intend applying on the 19th October, 1950, to
have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of
New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my
qualification in the office of the Department of Health at Auckland.
