has changed its name to FLEURIENT CAFE, LIMITED, and
that the new name was this day entered on my register of companies

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
PURSUANT to section 241 of the Companies Act, 1933, notice
is hereby given that a meeting of the Rhodes Handle Company,
Limited, in voluntary liquidation, will be held at 2 p.m. on 30th
October, 1950, at 321 Queen Street, Auckland, for the purpose of
receiving the liquidator’s account of winding-up, showing how the
winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company
distributed, prior to filing the same with the Registrar of Companies

THE liquidator of Dominion Mail Orders, Limited, which is
being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 19th day
of October, 1950, as the day on or before which the creditors of
the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish
any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before
such debts are proved or as the case may be, from objecting to such
distribution.

minute-book made by virtue of section 300 of the Companies Act,
1933, in lieu of a special resolution, the following resolution was
passed as a special resolution :—
" (1) That the company be wound up voluntarily as a members’
winding-up.
" (2) That Mr. D. R. HOOPER, of Auckland, Public Accountant,
be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company."
All persons and firms having claims against the above company
are requested to lodge same with the liquidator before the 20th
