Anthony Normanby Booth to be 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) and is seconded to the Pio Pio District High School Cadets. Dated 20th February, 1950.

Robert Galloway Edwards to be 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) and is seconded to the Huntly District High School Cadets. Dated 29th June, 1950.

The North Auckland Regiment—

Ian Freke Payne to be 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) and is seconded to the Whangarei Boys’ High School Cadets. Dated 1st June, 1950.

The Nelson, Marlborough and West Coast Regiment—

Temp. Lieutenant B. G. Tindale ceases to be seconded to the Greymouth Technical High School Cadets and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, The Royal N.Z. Infantry Corps, with the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority from 2nd October, 1946. Dated 12th July, 1950.

Stanley Hunter to be 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) and is seconded to the Hokitika District High School Cadets. Dated 1st February, 1950.

The Otago and Southland Regiment—

The appointment of 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) A. W. I. Duncan, seconded to the Otago Boys’ High School Cadets, lapses. Dated 28th July, 1950.

William Perry Adank to be 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) and is seconded to the Southland Technical College Cadets. Dated 13th February, 1950.

With reference to the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 47, dated 27th July, 1950, relative to the promotion of Major (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) F. L. Hutter, M.B., Ch.B., F.R.C.S. (Eng.), F.R.A.S.C., for “ to be Lieutenant-Colonel” substitute “ to be Lieutenant-Colonel, with seniority from 1st April, 1948 ”.
