ment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril
Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do

road ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred
and fifty.

nection with street-widening at Aro Street, and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from
the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of
January, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
