Declaring Portion of the Tokirima Farm Settlement Road in the Ohura County to be County Road

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of June, 1950
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, situated in Block III, Heao Survey District, known as the Tokirima Farm Settlement Road, commencing at its junction with the Kaikara Road in Lot 1, D.P. 6343, being part Ohura South K1, Section 2c 4B, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction through the aforesaid Lot 1 and along the boundary of Lot 1 and part Lot 2, D.P. 6343, for a total distance of approximately 27 chains. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131471, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit the Glendowie Boating Club (Incorporated) of Glendowie (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Ahu Point, Tamaki Estuary, as shown on plans marked M.D. 9057, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a boatshed thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

THIS licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, as far as possible, apply hereto.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds ten shillings (£2 10s.), and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1).

The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of June, 1950.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the 16th day of May, 1945, and published in the Gazette of the 17th day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Frasertown Domain, and doth hereby appoint
Leslie Francis Chamberlain,
Clyde Errol Hill,
Archibald McKinnon,
Lewis Edward Oldham,
Hedley Robert Phillips,
Stanley Herbert Webb, and
Wynyard Stephen Whitehead
to be the Frasertown Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the 26th day of June, 1950, at 7.30 o’clock p.m. as the time when, and the Frasertown Library, Frasertown, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection 1 (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

ALL that area in the Borough of Mount Albert, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 26·34 perches, more or less, being Lot 31 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office, at Auckland, under No. 18116, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 926, folio 219 (Auckland Registry), and being part Allotment 172, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland.
