FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land situated in Blocks VI and X, Ruakaka Survey District, containing by admeasurement one hundred (100) acres and twenty-five (25) perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 2671, and being portion of Allotment 63, Parish of Ruakaka, and being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 110, folio 46 (Auckland Registry).
Also all that parcel of land situated in Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District, containing approximately sixty (60) acres, being portion of Lot 9 on Deposited Plan 919, and being portion of Allotment 63, Parish of Ruakaka, and being portion of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 122, folio 295 (Auckland Registry) (subject to survey). As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, as No. Proc. 3000, and thereon edged red.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land situated in Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District, containing two hundred (200) acres, more or less, being Lot 5 on Deposited Plan 919, being portion of Allotment 63, Ruakaka Parish; and portion of Te Mata Block, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 81, folio 87 (Auckland Registry).
Also all that parcel of land situated in Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District, containing one hundred and eighty (180) acres, more or less, being Lot 6 on Deposited Plan 919, being portion of Allotment 63, Ruakaka Parish, portion of Pokapu Waiorehua Block and portion of Te Mata Block, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 77, folio 178 (Auckland Registry).

Declaring Parts of a Tribal District to be Tribal Committee Areas Under the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act, 1945
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act, 1945, I, Ernest Bowyer Corbett, Minister of Maori Affairs, do hereby declare the parts of the tribal district described in the Schedule hereto to be tribal committee areas for the purposes of the said Act, and do hereby assign to each of the several areas the name appearing at the head of the description of each such area.
SCHEDULE
NORTHERN NGATIRUANUI TRIBAL DISTRICT
Ketemarae Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the mouth of the Waingongoro River; thence north-easterly and easterly by the north-west and north boundaries of the Northern Ngatiruanui Tribal District as previously described to a public road forming the eastern boundary of Section 11, Block VIII, Ngaere Survey District; thence south-westerly by the eastern boundaries of aforesaid Section 11 and Sections 23 and 21, Block XII, Ngaere Survey District, to the Rawhitiroa Road; thence by that road to its junction with the Rotokare Road; thence by that road to the intersection of the south-west boundary of Section 3, Block XII, Ngaere Survey District; thence south-easterly by that boundary to the southern boundary of the Eltham County as described in New Zealand Gazette of 1926, at page 2; thence south-easterly by that boundary to its intersection with Mountain Road; thence southerly by that road to its intersection with Waihi Road; thence by that road to its intersection with the Normanby Town District boundary as described in New Zealand Gazette of 1934, at page 462; thence north-westerly, south-westerly, and south-easterly by that boundary to its intersection with Waihi Road; thence southerly by that road to its intersection with Glover Road; thence north-westerly by that road to the middle of the Waihi Stream; thence southerly by the middle of that stream to the sea-coast; thence north-westerly by the sea-coast to the mouth of the Waingongoro River, the point of commencement.
Matariki (Normanby) Tribal Committee Area
All that area comprising the Town District of Normanby as described in New Zealand Gazette of 1934, at page 462.
Wharepuni (Fraser Road) Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of Glover and Waihi Roads, at the northernmost point of Hawera Borough; thence north-easterly by the eastern and south-eastern boundary of the Ketemarae Tribal Committee area, and the south-eastern boundary of the Matariki Tribal Committee area, both previously described, to its intersection with the Makino Road on the northern boundary of Section 24, Block XV, Ngaere Survey District; thence south-easterly by that road to its junction with the Whareroa North Road; thence south-westerly by that road to its junction with the Tawhiti Road; thence south-westerly by that road to its junction with Ohangai Road; thence south-easterly by that road to its junction with the Whareroa Road; thence south-westerly by that road to its junction with South Road; thence north-westerly by that road to its intersection with the south-eastern corner of the Hawera Borough as described in New Zealand Gazette of 1925, at page 1776; thence north-easterly and north-westerly by the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of the Hawera Borough to the junction of Glover and Waihi Roads, the point of commencement.
Hawera Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the mouth of the Waihi Stream; thence northerly and south-easterly by the eastern boundary of the Ketemarae Tribal Committee area as previously described; thence south-easterly and south-westerly by the south-western boundary of the Wharepuni Tribal Committee area as previously described to the South Road; thence north-westerly along that road to its junction with Fairfield Road; thence south-westerly by that road to its junction with Beach Road; thence south-easterly by Beach Road and that road continued to the sea-coast; thence north-westerly by the sea-coast to the mouth of the Waihi Stream, the point of commencement.
Taiporohenui Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing on the sea-coast at the south-eastern corner of the Hawera Tribal Committee area as previously described; thence north-easterly by the eastern boundary of the said Tribal Committee area and the southern and eastern boundary of the Wharepuni Tribal Committee area as previously described, and the south-eastern boundary of the Ketemarae Tribal Committee area as previously described to the northern boundary of the Northern Ngatiruanui Tribal District as previously described; thence easterly, southerly, and south-westerly by the northern, eastern, and southern boundary of that Tribal District to Trig. Station A (Tarere); thence south-westerly by a right line to Trig. Station LII in Block X, Hawera Survey District, and by a right line to Trig. Station LII in Block XIII, Hawera Survey District, and by that line continued to the sea-coast; thence north-westerly by the sea-coast to the point of commencement.
Meremere Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing on the sea-coast at the south-eastern corner of the Taiporohenui Tribal Committee area as previously described; thence north-easterly by the south-eastern boundary of the said Tribal Committee area to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary of the Northern Ngatiruanui Tribal District as previously described; thence south-westerly by that boundary to a point in the middle of the mouth of the Manawapou River; thence north-westerly by the sea-coast to the point of commencement.
