A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Papatoetoe as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 10·5 perches. Being part Lot 16, D.P. 4493, being part Allotment 37, Manurewa Parish.
Situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District (Borough of Papatoetoe), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35165.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131528, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
