Land Taken for a Public School in Block V, Tahoraiti Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Hawke’s Bay as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres 21·8 perches. Being part Section 1, Tahoraiti No. 1r Block.
Situated in Block V, Tahoraiti Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2418.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131219, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Papatoetoe, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres 1 rood 32 perches.
Being part Lot 16, D.P. 4493, being part Allotment 37, Manurewa Parish.
