Additional Land Taken for the Purposes of a Motor-vehicle Testing Station in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a motor-vehicle testing station and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 17⅓ perches. Being part Lot 128 of Christchurch Town Reserves, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 291 (Canterbury Land Registry). Situated in the City of Christchurch.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of May, 1950.

Additional Land Taken for an Automatic-telephone Exchange in the Borough of Masterton

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 15·43 perches. Being part of Section 108, Town of Masterton (part Block B of the Small Farm Settlement of Masterton), and being also part Lot 1 on D. P. 13764, being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 530, folio 300 (Wellington Land Registry.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of May, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May, 1950.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130716, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1950.
