A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General
Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an
automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May,
1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 5·87 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 16, being part Section 393, Patea District.
Situated in Block XV, Hawera Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District ; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131374, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of May, 1950.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
housing purposes ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May, 1950.

police purposes (residence) ; and I do also declare that this

a post-office ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for a worker's dwelling and shall vest in the East Coast Rabbit
Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
15th day of May, 1950.

17 perches.

held from His Majesty the King by John Graham Anderson, of
Raetihi, Butcher, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity,
Volume 10A, folio 139 (Wellington Registry), is hereby taken for
the purposes of a road ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May, 1950.
