Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of Gisborne
[L.S.] B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Hawke’s Bay as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May, 1950.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 8 perches. Being formerly Railway land in Proclamation 5712.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35539.)
In the North Auckland Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131269, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
