In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of the MANAWATU MILK AND CREAM COMPANY, LIMITED (AND REDUCED), a private company duly incorporated, and whose registered office is situated at Palmerston North, in the Dominion of New Zealand.

NOTICE is hereby given that an Order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 7th day of March, 1950, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from ten thousand two hundred and sixty pounds (£10,260) divided into 10,260 shares of one pound (£1) each to one thousand seven hundred and ten pounds (£1,710) divided into 1,710 shares of one pound (£1) each, and the minute approved by the Court showing in respect to the capital of the company, as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 26th day of April, 1950. The said minute is in the words and figures following :-

"The capital of the Manawatu Milk and Cream Company, Limited, is one thousand seven hundred and ten pounds (£1,710) divided into 1,710 shares of one pound (£1) each instead of ten thousand two hundred and sixty pounds (£10,260) divided into 10,260 shares of one pound (£1) each."

The reason for reduction of capital of the company so resolved and confirmed by the Court is that the capital is now unrepresented by available assets and is in excess of the requirements of the company.

The Court further ordered that in the special circumstances of the case the words "and reduced" be part of the title of the said company for a period of one month only, from the date of the above-mentioned order.
