A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 33Β·6 perches.
Being Crown land; coloured orange.
Situated in Block I, Haupiri Survey District, shown on plan P.W.D. 131340 (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4506.)
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 33 acres 3 roods.
Adjoining Section 9; coloured green.
Situated in Block I, Haupiri Survey District, shown on plan P.W.D. 131341 (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4506.)
All in the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of April, 1950.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Government road hereby stopped: 2 acres 3 roods 14Β·6 perches.
Adjoining Closed Road and part Oturoa No. 2 Block.
Situated in Block IX, Mount Robinson Survey District. (S.O. 21457.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124630, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
