Taken for the Purposes of a Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estates or interests in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Leonard James Wesley Gardner, of Richmond, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estates or interests are taken: 15·5 perches.

Being part Section 80, Waimea East.

Situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District, Borough of Richmond (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9323.)

In the Nelson Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117993, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of April, 1950.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 acre 19 perches.

Being part Sections 7, 10, and 17, Block E, Wakatu District.

Situated in the City of Nelson (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9411.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131319, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of April, 1950.
