Crown Land Set Apart for Road in the Borough of Richmond

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 15·5 perches.
Being part Section 80, Waimea East.

Situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District, Borough of Richmond (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9323.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117993, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of April, 1950.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 28 acres 3 roods.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 24890, being part Section 555, Suburbs of Newcastle South.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 1 rood 10·8 perches.
Being part Lot 7, D.P. 16955, being part Block 29 of Church Mission Reserve Section 2, Town of Tauranga, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 652, folio 55 (Auckland Land Registry).

Authorizing the Laying-off of Sandra Street (Extension) in the City of Christchurch, Subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of May, 1950

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1948, and section 125 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the Christchurch City Council to lay-off the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty-one feet eight inches, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1, 4, and 5 of a subdivision of the land fronting the said street, as shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 130828, referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE

That proposed street in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, being an extension of Sandra Street, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 5·4 perches, more or less, being part Lots 96 and 97, D.P. 829, part Rural Section 32729. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130828, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the portion of road declared to be Government road: 2 acres 3 roods 14·6 perches.
Adjoining Closed Road and Part Oturoa No. 2 Block.

Situated in Block IX, Mount Robinson Survey District. (S.O. 21457.)

In the Wellington Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124630, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
