A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electric substation and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 0·5 perches. Being Lot 14, D.P. 3805, part Rural Section 163, Block X, Christchurch Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 374, folio 110 (Canterbury Registry).
Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of March, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifty,
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 39·85 perches. Being Lot 68, D.P. 19195, being part of Allotment 7, Section 9, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in the City of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 943, folio 66 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Geophysical Laboratory; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :- A. R. P. Being 5 3 1·8 Part Section 30, Wainui-o-mata District; coloured blue. 0 0 .5 Part Section 30, Wainui-o-mata District ; edged blue.
Situated in Block XV, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21921.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131029, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of March, 1950.
