for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act,
1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
Approximate areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown
land:-

0 1 0 Section 9 Town of Arawata.
0 2 0 Sections 10 and 16
0 2 0 Sections 17 and 18 Situated in Block XIII, Hapuka Survey District (Westland

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97791, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of March, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence); and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 2 roods.
Being Sections 13 and 14, Block XXXII, Town of Havelock
(Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9696.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128423, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of March, 1950.
