Public Service Board of Appeal: Election of Members, 1950

Office of the Public Service Commission,
Wellington, 10th March, 1950.

NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with section 51
of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1944, the Public Service
Commission has appointed Monday the 29th day of May to be the
day on which an election will be held at Wellington for the purpose
of electing members of the Public Service Board of Appeal.

Nominations in writing, by not less than three officers entitled
to vote and consented to on the face of the nomination-paper signed
by the candidate, may be made on forms obtainable from the Office
of the Public Service Commission. Nominations must reach the
Returning Officer, Office of the Public Service Commission,
Wellington, not later than noon on Saturday, 1st April, being
the date fixed by Regulations for that purpose. It would be
appreciated if nominations were forwarded as early as possible.

Details: A pinnacle of rock with a depth of 18 ft. at low water
has been located 091° 3·7 cables from the above position.

IT is hereby notified in pursuance of subsection (6) of section 50
of the Land Act, 1948, that the lands defined in the Schedule
hereto are lands to which water is supplied under the said section.

ALL that area in the Otorohanga County, containing by admeasurement 770 acres 3 roods 11 perches, more or less, being Sections 19,

on the plans marked L. and S. 36/1140a and 36/1140b, deposited

furnished of the loss of the said outstanding lease, I hereby give
notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said
outstanding lease under section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915,
and register the surrender on the expiration of fourteen days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
