NOTICE is hereby given that on the dates stated in the first column hereunder the undermentioned specifications were declared to be standard specifications by the Minister of Industries and Commerce pursuant to section 8 of the Standards Act, 1941:—

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 27th day of January, 1948, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 29th day of the same month at page 126, whereby the said land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Waikato Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District, containing 2 roods, more or less, called or known as Maungatautari 6B 1c (part) situate in Block XII, Puniu Survey District. (C.T. 940/149.)

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Kaipara Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District, containing 136 acres 0 roods 19 perches, more or less, called or known as Otara 5c (formerly Part Otara 1A 1, 1B 1, 1B 3, 2A 1, and 2A 2) and situate in the Otamatea Survey District.
