of the Waitoa River to a point in line with the south-eastern
boundary of Matamata North No. 2D Block; thence along a
right line, to and along the said south-eastern boundary, and a
right line across the Auckland-Rotorua Railway, to and along
the south-eastern boundaries of Section 63 of Block XIII, Wairere
Survey District, and Matamata North No. 1A Block, the south-
western and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1A, as shown on

Taramoarahi No. 1 Block, and a right line, being the last-
mentioned boundary produced, through Lot 2 as shown on the plan

public road and through another part of the said Turanga O Moana

to the middle of the Waihou River; thence up the middle of that
river to and up the middle of the Wairere Stream to a point in line
with the eastern boundary of Section 11 of Block XI, Wairere Survey
District; thence along a right line, to and along the said eastern
boundary, to and along the southern and south-eastern boundaries
of Maurihoro A Block, being Crown land set apart as a scenic reserve,
by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette No. 75, of the
12th day of November, 1936, page 2188, to the western corner of
Lot 1, as shown on the plan numbered 5156, deposited as aforesaid,
being part of Whakamarama No. 2 Block; thence southerly generally
along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 1, and Lots 3, 5,
7, 10, and 15, as shown on the plan numbered 5099, deposited as
aforesaid, being parts of the said Whakamarama No. 2 Block, and
Lot 22, as shown on the said plan numbered 5099, being part of the
said Whakamarama No. 2 Block, and being part of Oteora No. 1
Block, to Trig. Station No. 909, Waiānunu, being the easternmost
corner of Block XVI, Wairere Survey District; thence along a
right line from the said Trig Station No. 909 to Trig. Station No. 146,
Te Weraiti, being the western corner of Block IV, Opoutihi Survey
District; thence south-easterly along a right line from the said
Trig. Station No. 146 to Trig. Station No. 27, Puwhenua, being the
eastern corner of Block VII, Tapapa East Survey District; thence
southerly generally along a right line from Trig. Station No. 27,
aforesaid, to the westernmost corner of Section 9, of Block V,
Horohoro Survey District; thence along the south-western boundary
of Section 9 aforesaid to its southernmost corner; thence along a
right line, to and along the south-western boundary of Patetere
South No. 1B 3 Block, to and along the generally western boundaries
of part of Lots 11 and 10, as shown on the plan numbered 12325,
deposited as aforesaid, being parts of the Tikorangi and Whakamaru-
Maungaiti Blocks, along the western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1,
as shown on the plan numbered 20272, deposited as aforesaid,
being parts of the aforesaid Whakamaru-Maungaiti Block and
Sections 3 and 4, Block III, Te Atiamuri Survey District, and
along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced,
across the Rotorua-Atiamuri Main Highway to its southern side;
thence easterly along the southern side of that main highway to
the middle of the stream forming part of the eastern boundary
of Lot 2, as shown on the plan numbered 15486, deposited as
aforesaid, being part of the Whakamaru-Maungaiti Block, aforesaid;
thence southerly generally down the middle of that stream, to and
down the middle of the Whangapou Stream to its confluence with
the Waikato River; thence north-westerly generally down the middle
of the said river to its intersection in Block XII, Maungatautari
Survey District, with the right line between Trig. Station No. 807,
Uraura, in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District, and Trig. Station
No. 1427, Maungatautari, in Block VII, Maungatautari Survey
District; thence again north-westerly along that right line to the
said Trig. Station No. 1427, and along another right line to the
easternmost corner of Section 11, Block II, Maungatautari Survey
District; thence along the north-eastern boundaries of the said
Section 11 and Section 9 of the said Block II, Lots 2 and 1, as
shown on the plan numbered 24663, deposited as aforesaid, being
parts of Pukekura No. 17 Block, part of Lot D 1, as shown on the
plan numbered 4484, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Pukekura
Nos. 17 and 18A Blocks, to and along the south-eastern and north-
eastern boundaries of Pukekura Nos. 18B 2 Block, and the north-

middle of the Waikato River; thence again down the middle of
the said river to the eastern boundary of the Borough of Cambridge,
as described in New Zealand Gazette of 1886, page 985; thence
northerly along the said eastern boundary to the middle of the
Karapiro Stream; thence up the middle of that stream to a point
in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 2 as shown on the plan
numbered 31473, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Allotments
238, 239, 277, 277A, 278, 279, and 279A of the Parish of Hautapu;
thence north-easterly generally along a right line, to and along the
eastern boundary of the said lot 2, to and along the south-western
and south-eastern boundaries of the northern part of Allotment 240
of the said Parish of Hautapu, the abutment and the eastern side
of the public road forming the eastern boundaries of the said part
Allotment 240, and the said Lot 2, and a right line across French
Pass Road, to and along the eastern boundary of part of Lot 2, as
shown on the plan numbered 3569, deposited as aforesaid, being
parts of Allotments 277 and 278 of the said Parish of Hautapu,
to and along the generally south-eastern and north-eastern bound-
aries of part of Allotment 336, and the north-eastern boundary

COUNTY OF ROTORUA
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, bounded
by a line commencing at a point in Block II, Rotorua Survey District,
being the point of intersection of the eastern boundary of the
Matamata County, as hereinbefore described, with the south-western
boundary of section 3, Block II aforesaid, and running easterly
generally along the southern boundary of the Tauranga County
to the intersection of the northern boundary of Section 12,
Block VII, Rotorua Survey District, with a right line between
the south-eastern corner of Section 6, Block VI, Waihi South
Survey District, and the north-western corner of part of Section 15,
Block XI, Rotorua Survey District, aforesaid; thence southerly
generally along a right line, to and along the western boundary of
the aforesaid Section 15, the western boundary of part of Allot-
ment 63, Parish of Matata, to the south-western corner of that
allotment; thence along a right line to Trig. Station No. 18, Maunga-
whakamana, situated in Block III, Ruawahia Survey District, along
another right line passing through Trig. Station No. 28, Akiwha-
kamura, situated in Block X, Kaingaroa Survey District, to its
intersection with a right line between Trig. Station No. 76A,
Tawhiwhau, situated in Block XIV, Galatea Survey District, and
Trig. Station No. 31, Paeroa, situated in Block V, Paeroa Survey
District; thence easterly generally along the last-mentioned right
line to the western boundary of the State forest as described in the
New Zealand Gazette No. 73, of the 12th day of October, 1922,
page 2717; thence southerly generally along the western boundary
of the State forest described as aforesaid, to and along the western
boundaries of the State forests as described in the New Zealand
Gazettes, No. 4 of the 21st day of January, 1926, page 130, No. 6
of the 10th day of February, 1944, page 120, No. 59 of the 18th
day of August, 1927, page 2692, and No. 60 of the 21st day of
August, 1930, page 2639, respectively, to the southernmost corner
of Lot 2, as shown on the plan numbered 15253, deposited in the
office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part of
the Kaingaroa No. 2 West No. 1 Block; thence northerly generally
along the south-western boundary of the aforesaid Lot 2, to and
down the middle of the Paetataranoo Stream, to and down the
middle of the Waikato River, to and along the eastern boundary
of the Matamata County as hereinbefore described to the point
of commencement; save and excepting thereout the Borough of
Rotorua.
THIRD SCHEDULE
TOKOROA RIDING, COUNTY OF MATAMATA
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, situated in
Matamata County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in
Block VIII, Wharepapa Survey District, in the middle of the
Waikato River and in line with the southern boundary of the land
as shown on the plan numbered 21718, deposited in the office of
the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being parts of Matanuku
Nos. 2G 2, 2F 2, and 2B 2 Blocks, and running easterly generally
along a right line, to and along the southern and eastern boundaries
of the land as shown on the plan numbered 21718 aforesaid, along
the eastern boundary of another portion of Matanuku No. 2B 2
Block, the southern and eastern boundaries of Matanuku No. 3
Block, and the south-western boundary of part of Lot 1, as shown
on the plan numbered 22069, deposited as aforesaid, being part
of Section 43C of Selwyn Settlement, to a point 100 chains south-
east from Trig. Station 817, situated in Block V, Patetere South
Survey District, and on the south-western boundary of the said
part of Lot 1; thence along a right line to the point of intersection
of the middle of the Waipa Stream with the north-eastern boundary
