LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of mortgage 67186
affecting the land in certificate of title, Vol. 214, folio 58
(Auckland Registry), whereof JOHN ALEXANDER CAMERON of
Kawakawa, Farmer, is the mortgagor, and MARGARET ALICE
CAMERON, of Murray's Bay, Auckland, Spinster, and SARAH
ALEXANDRINA CAMERON, of Mount Eden, Spinster (now
deceased) are the mortgagees, having been lodged with me together
with an application to register transmission 67247 and a discharge
of the said mortgage without production of the outstanding copy
thereof in terms of section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, notice
is hereby given of my intention to register such transmission and
discharge on 17th March, 1950.

EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND,
together with an application for a new amalgamated certificate of
title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue
such new certificate of title on the 17th March, 1950.

and a discharge of the said mortgage, and evidence having been
furnished of the loss of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice of my
intention to dispense with the production of the said mortgage under
section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, and register the trans-
mission, transfer, and discharge on the expiration of fourteen days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

thereof hereby declares that the following portion of street is stopped,
that it is to say, all that portion of street commonly known as
McKinley Crescent in the City of Wellington, containing by ad-
measurement 20 perches and 20 one-hundredths of a perch (20·20 p.)
more or less adjoining or passing through part Section 12 Ohiro
District as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on
a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington as
S.O. 21746 and thereon coloured green.
