WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mount Eden:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mount Eden in trust, for recreation purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that area in the Borough of Mount Eden, containing by admeasurement 26 perches, more or less, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, being Lot 4 as shown on the plan lodged with the Registrar of Deeds, at Auckland, under No. 550, and being part of Allotment 115 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/1133, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hutt, in trust, for county purposes.

As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 39588, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
