A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

In the South Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130509, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of February, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a gravel-pit and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimarino as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 4 acres o roods 34·5 perches.
Being part Section 1.
Situated in Block XIV, Manganui Survey District. (S.O. 21772.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129558, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 37 perches.
Being part of Section No. 115 on the plan of the City of Wellington, and being Lot 6 of a subdivision of the said Section 115; as the same is delineated on a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Wellington as No. 626, being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 69, folio 178 (Wellington Registry).
