A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 749 acres. Being part of Sections 324 and 325, Township of Carnarvon.
Situated in Block XIII, Te Kawau Survey District. (S.O. 21857.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130754, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of February, 1950.

Land Held for Linen-flax Development (Clydevale Factory) Set Apart for Post and Telegraph Purposes (Residential Establishment) in Block III, Waitahuna West Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section forty-seven of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for linen flax development (Clydevale factory) is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes (residential establishment); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 34·2 perches. Being part Section 30A, Greenfield Settlement.
Situated in Block III, Waitahuna West Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9732.)
In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129421, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to section twenty-nine of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
