A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject
to the right-of-way over part Lot 2, D.P. 6239, reserved by Memor-
andum of Transfer No. 157210, Wellington Land Registry, for
housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the fifth day of December, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
