The Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice of
Intention to Take Land

THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of the
Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby
gives notice of his intention to take the lands describe in the
Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the
15th day of March, 1950, as the date on which possession of the
land is required, and the 20th day of December, 1949, as the date
on or before which objections may be made under section 25 of
the said Act.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that parcel of land situated in Blocks X, XI, XIV, and XV,
Tapapa Survey District, containing by admeasurement one thousand
and fifty-four (1,054) acres two (2) roods twenty (20) perches, more
or less, being Lots 1, 2, and 3 on Deposited Plan 18728, and parts
of Lots 13 and 14 on Deposited Plan 4987, being part of Okoroire
Block and being all of the land described in certificate of title,
Vol. 632, folio 53 (Auckland Registry).

As witness my hand, this 27th day of October, 1949.
