Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1935

P URSUANT to the Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1935,
notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the
New Zealand Law Society on the 14th day of October, 1949, ordered
that William Esmonde Lennox Napier, be suspended from practice
as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand for three years
as from the 14th day of October, 1949, and that he pay the sum of
£21 costs.

NOTICE is hereby given that by reason of the revocation, by the Supply Regulations Amendment Act, 1949, of the Factory Emergency Regulations 1939, the notices made under those regulations and specified in the Schedule hereto will expire on the 31st December, 1949.
