MANUKAU COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1928, FOR THE PROVISION OF A PUBLIC RESERVE IN THE COUNTY OF MANUKAU

NOTICE is hereby given that the Manukau County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act to take for a public work—namely, the provision of a public reserve—all that piece of land containing 32·2 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 22695, being portion of the Block called Fairburn’s Claim No. 269A, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 938, folio 226 (Auckland Registry).

All persons affected by the taking of the said land are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of the said land and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Manukau County Council at its office in Council Chambers, corner of Princes Street and Shortland Street, Auckland.
