Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Maniapoto Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District containing 313 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less, called or known as Rangitoto A 2A No. 3, and situate in Block III, Mangaorongo Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 20th day of July, 1937, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 47 of the 22nd day of the same month at page 1680, whereby the said land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Wharekahika Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District, containing 122 acres 0 roods 12 perches, more or less, called or known as Wharekahika 18D 3B 2, situate in Blocks III and IV, Matakaoa Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, certain notices dated the 25th day of January, 1938, and the 8th day of January, 1941, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 27th day of January, 1938, and No. 2 of the 16th day of January, 1941, at pages 118 and 61 respectively, whereby the said land was declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Whakatane Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Maori Land Court District containing 45 acres 2 roods 2 perches, more or less, called or known as Rangitaiki Parish Lots 30A No. 2C No. 1, 30A No. 2D, and 30A 2F, situated in Blocks I and IV, Whakatane Survey District.
