Lot 10 as shown on the plan numbered 23042, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Kakepuku No. 9B 2 Block and Ouruwhero 3E 2 Block, to and along the southern boundaries of Lots 3 and 2 as shown on the plan numbered 23897, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Kakepuku No. 9B 5 Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, along the southern boundary of part Kakepuku 9B 5 No. 1 Block, along a right line across the Ouruwhero Road, to and along the southern boundary of Lot 4, as shown on the plan numbered 16585, deposited as aforesaid, being part of Kakepuku 9B 5 No. 1 Block aforesaid, along the southern boundaries of Kakepuku 9B 5 No. 1 Block aforesaid, along the southern boundaries of Kakepuku Nos. 9B 4B 1A, 9B 2C 1, 9B 2D 1, and 9B 1A Blocks, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Waipa River; thence northerly generally down the middle of the Waipa River aforesaid to a point in line with the south-eastern side of South Suburban Section 109A, Town of Newcastle; thence along a right line to the southernmost corner of that section, being the point of commencement; excluding herefrom the Borough of Te Awamutu, as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 1 of the 8th day of January, 1925, page 14.

BOUNDARIES OF THE HAMILTON RIDING OF THE COUNTY OF WAIPA

ALL that area in the South Auckland District, situated in the County of Waipa, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waikato River and in line with the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 110, Parish of Horotiu, and running south-easterly generally up the middle of the Waikato River aforesaid to the northern boundary of the City of Hamilton as hereinbefore described; thence south-westerly generally along the northern and western boundaries of the City of Hamilton aforesaid to a point on the northern side of the Hamilton–Raglan Main Highway and in line with the middle of Dinsdale Road; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of Dinsdale Road aforesaid, to and along the middle of Hamilton Boundary Road, to and along the middle of the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the land shown on the plan numbered 12120, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being parts of Allotments 112 and 107A and Allotment 154, Parish of Pukete, along the middle of the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments 153, 152, and 151, of the aforesaid parish, as shown on the plan numbered 5915, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, along the middle of Newcastle Road, to and along the middle of Main Road, to and along the middle of Limmer Road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 91A, Parish of Horotiu; thence north-easterly generally along a right line, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 91A aforesaid, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 166, crossing the intervening Main and Young Roads, the abutment of a public road, the south-eastern boundaries of Allotment 120 and the part Allotment 119, along a right line across the North Island Main Trunk Railway, to and along the south-eastern boundary of another part of the aforesaid Allotment 119, along another right line across the Great South Road, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 110, all the aforesaid allotments being of the Parish of Horotiu aforesaid, and along a right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Waikato River, being the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF THE RUKUHIA RIDING OF THE COUNTY OF WAIPA

All that area in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the County of Waipa, bounded by a line commencing at the point of intersection of the southern boundary of the City of Hamilton with the centre of the North Island Main Trunk Railway, and running easterly generally along the southern boundary of the City of Hamilton, as hereinbefore described, to the middle of the Waikato River; thence southerly generally up the middle of the Waikato River aforesaid, to and up the middle of Mystery Creek, to and along the northern boundary of Lot 1, as shown on the plan numbered 29091, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being parts of Allotments 323, 324, 325, 328, 329, 330, and 331, Te Rapa Parish, to the easternmost corner of Allotment 172, of the aforesaid parish; thence along the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 172 aforesaid, along the eastern and southern boundaries of Allotment 173, the abutment of a public road, the southern boundaries of Allotments 171 and 170, all the aforesaid allotments being of the Parish of Te Rapa aforesaid, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Great South Road; thence southerly generally along the middle of that road, to and along the middle of a closed road now known as Allotments 399, 398, 400, and 397, of the aforesaid parish, and crossing the Great South Road aforesaid, to a point in line with the middle of Douch Road; thence westerly generally along the middle of Douch Road and northerly generally along the middle of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the point of commencement.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in the City of Wellington for Post and Telegraph Purposes

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for Post and Telegraph purposes; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Kilbirnie and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have and well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of an automatic-telephone exchange—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Chief Post-office at Hamilton and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
