office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part of
the land granted to the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency
Company, Limited, on the 20th day of July, 1876, and running
easterly generally along the northern boundary of Lot 10, as shown
on the plan numbered 26563, deposited as aforesaid, being part of
land granted as aforesaid, to the boundary of the Waikato County;
thence southerly generally along the boundary of that county, as
hereinbefore described, to and along the south-western boundaries
of Tahuroa Nos. 4 and 3 Blocks, to the northern side of Griffins
Road; thence south-westerly generally along the northern boundary
of the Parish of Tamahere to the south-eastern corner of Lot 6,
as shown on plan numbered 9815, deposited as aforesaid, being
part of the land granted to the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile

Waipa River and running in an easterly direction generally along
the southern boundary of the Ngaruawahia Borough as described
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 18 of the 17th day of February,
1921, page 501, to the middle of the Waikato River; thence south-easterly generally up the middle of the Waikato River to its intersection with the generally northern boundary of the City of Hamilton
hereinbefore described; thence generally westerly, southerly, and
easterly along the boundary of the City of Hamilton aforesaid, to
the middle of the Waikato River aforesaid; thence in a south-easterly direction generally up the middle of that river to a point
in line with the western boundary of the Leamington Town District
as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 56, of the 27th day of
